Your purchase from Plastic Curves indicates your understanding and agreement to these terms.
All cast parts are either recast, modified from their original designs or are new sculpts. They are intended to be used in your final OOAK/Custom. They are not to be recast again for your own resale or production purposes. There may be seams or flash that need to be cleaned up. These parts are hand cast in resin and are ideally suited for adult customizers and collectors. We do NOT recommend these for play purposes or for children. Your toys or these parts may need modification to ensure proper fit.
We highly recommend you paint your cast pieces. Most items default to a "Random Color" option. Some items may have other color options available. Custom colors are available by special request. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
If you buy an item listed as in-stock, it will be shipped with 1-2 business days upon ordering unless the order also includes customized parts. Production time on customized items may vary. If you need a customized item right away, please sure to indicate that when you contact us so it can be priced accordingly.
We examine each part to ensure excessive air bubbles are not present. Plastic Curves is NOT responsible if you break a part. These parts are fragile. You need to take care when handling them. If the part breaks due to air bubbles in the casting, you will need to take a close-up photo for replacement. If the part breaks during shipment, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Most breaks can be repaired by the user. If you do not want to attempt the repair, we will have you send it back for either credit or replacement. Return shipping is your responsibility unless you originally chose priority shipping.
Shipping & Handlng
We ship via the United States Postal Service. The default shipping selection is First Class. Shipping transit time is NOT included in the estimate of time to arrive from order to your door. Orders are sent with delivery confirmation/tracking. You will see an email from Paypal, it will appear on your Paypal records and will be listed on your store account. If you indicate a shipping address that is different than your billing, you must make sure that the new shipping adress appears in your Paypal checkout. We can only ship to the address indicated when you checkout via Paypal.
At this time we do not ship to any countries other than the US and Canada. This is due to Paypal policies. Canadian customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. These are charged by Canada and are NOT included on the invoice. We will not falsify any information on the customs form in order for you to evade your taxes. If you know Canada has a maximum value before being charged duties and taxes, create your orders accordingly. Shipping transit time is extra. Your item may be held up in customs. It is very important you include a phone number so they can contact you.
